Due to the illegal events of the two steel mills some of the officers are punished by the State Council.

And the State council order the two provinces:

1. The Jiangsu province must take special measures to stop the produce and sale of the ground bar iron.

2. The Hebei province must dismantle the Blast furnaces under 1000 cubic meters and converters under 100 

tons of the AN FENG STEEL MILLS.
