China steel futures open higher
SHANGHAI, April 7 (Xinhua) -- Steel futures opened higher Tuesday in daytime trading on the Shanghai Futures Exchange.
The most active construction steel rebar contract for October delivery was up 15 yuan (about 2.11 U.S. dollars) to open at 3,218 yuan a tonne.
The most active October 2020 contract for hot rolled coils, mainly used in cars and appliances, was up 24 yuan to open at 3,060 yuan a tonne. Enditem
