China Baowu iron and  steel group was set up on 1 Dec, 2016.

After the mergering the Baowu group will have 228 thousand employees, the total assets is about 730 billion yuan, operating revenue is 330 billion. The group has three major series of products: carbon steel, stainless steel and special steel.
